• Allow "dislikes" for up to 10 ingredients. - There are always food ingredients we prefer not to eat. Our Custom Program allows you to pick ten ingredients that you don't like so that we can create a menu based on your preferences and dislikes. When placing your order, you may specify the days of the week you would like to receive the meal deliveries. For example, some of you may only want meals delivered Monday through Friday, while others may choose to receive meals every day.

With each delivery, you will receive a Z.E.N. cooler bag that contains 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), plus 1 snack and 1 dessert. We ask that you store your meals in your refrigerator until you remove them to eat.
